The early days…

My passion for food started when I was just 11-years-old. Our family used to gather in my grandad’s Greek restaurant for a get together and I would never be at the table with everyone, I would always sneak off and watch my grandad in awe and the processes he used to put the food through to get these delicious dishes. All I wanted from that moment was to have what he had, the skill and knowledge about how flavours would work and how to cook food in such a beautiful and flavourful way. To marry flavours and skills and wonderful ingredients to produce mouth-watering dishes that kept all us wanting more and licking our plates clean.

My mission… 

So i made it my mission to learn everything i could from a young age, Any opportunity i had at home i would treat my kitchen like a episode of ready steady cook, grabbing any ingredients we had lying about to make a dish for me and my sister.

From there i went into a restaurant in Brentwood in London and very quickly i showed my culinary skills and ability to hold my own, i took over a section and was cooking for customers. The buzz i get creating under pressure and to a high standard was just life to me, It made me Feel and it made me tick. 

From there iv worked all over the world creating food for people and testing myself constantly in new situations, whether it be in front of customers in the alps cooking in private chalets to running wedding events companies. Nothing would stop me and it has brought me here to where I am today on my culinary journey wanting more.

I have wanted nothing more than to have a company of my own where i can showcase my love for food and for others to experience it from me, I take huge pride in getting to know my clients and their needs because that s important to me and their process and making them feel comfortable to explore the best possible ideas and creative abilities that i can implement in their event.

I strive to make every event from a Wedding, Hen or Stag parties, Private meals or Christmas parties or meals, A memorable Day.

I always attempt to go above and beyond so you remember me and my food. 

The only way to a GREAT event or memory or heart is through your stomach.
